Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of WebhookBridge, including its Discord application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
WebhookBridge connects selected Discord channels to HTTPS webhook destinations configured by authorized Discord server administrators.
When a message is posted in a connected channel, the Service may send available message information to the configured destination. This information may include Discord server, channel, message-author, timestamp, attachment, and attachment-URL details.
WebhookBridge sends information from Discord to the webhook destination chosen by the administrator. It is not a third-party webhook-to-Discord delivery service.
2. Authorized Use and Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and must have the necessary authority to connect Discord channels, configure webhook destinations, and transmit information through the Service.
You agree that you will:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
- Follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable policies;
- Follow the terms and policies of every third-party service you connect;
- Connect only Discord channels and webhook URLs you are authorized to use;
- Protect webhook URLs and related access credentials;
- Not send unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious content through the Service;
- Not interfere with, disrupt, abuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service; and
- Not use the Service to bypass security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
3. Discord and User Content
Discord is an independent third-party platform. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.
You remain responsible for content sent through connected Discord channels and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to transmit that content to the webhook destination you configure.
WebhookBridge does not claim ownership of your Discord messages or other content transmitted through the Service. WebhookBridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Discord.
4. Webhook Destinations and Third Parties
You are responsible for providing a valid webhook URL, having permission to use it, and understanding what happens to information after it reaches that destination.
Webhook destinations, automation platforms, APIs, hosting providers, and other third-party services are independent from WebhookBridge. We do not control their availability, security, privacy practices, or handling of information after delivery.
Webhook URLs may provide access to external services or workflows. Treat them as confidential where appropriate.
5. Plans, Usage, and Billing
WebhookBridge offers free and paid server-based plans. Plan limits, pricing, included features, channel limits, and monthly message allowances are shown in Discord and at checkout.
As of the Last Updated date, the standard plans are:
- Free: 1 connected channel and 25 forwarded messages per month;
- Basic: 3 connected channels and 1,000 forwarded messages per month;
- Pro: 10 connected channels and 10,000 forwarded messages per month; and
- Business: 25 connected channels and 50,000 forwarded messages per month. Business has no trial.
An active Business server may also purchase one-time extra-message packs: 10,000 messages for $6.99 or 50,000 messages for $29.99. A Business server may purchase more than one pack. Add-on credits apply only to that server’s current monthly usage cycle and expire at the next monthly reset.
Each message successfully delivered to the configured webhook destination counts toward the applicable monthly usage allowance. Failed or timed-out deliveries do not keep a usage credit. If a limit is reached, forwarding may pause until the allowance resets, the server upgrades, or an eligible Business server adds message credits.
Paid subscriptions and one-time message packs are purchased through Whop. Checkout, renewal, cancellation, payment methods, refunds, and related billing matters are subject to the terms, policies, and options presented by Whop and at checkout, as well as applicable law.
Discord server administrators may create a checkout for a Business message pack, and the person who completes that checkout pays using their own Whop account. This does not transfer control of the recurring subscription. The Whop account that purchased the recurring subscription controls its billing, payment method, cancellation, and plan-management options.
6. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Deliveries may be affected by Discord, webhook destinations, network conditions, third-party systems, maintenance, rate limits, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, or parts of the Service. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
7. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that:
- You violated these Terms or applicable law;
- You misused, abused, or attempted to compromise the Service;
- Your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk; or
- Your use may violate the rights of others or third-party policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending use of the Service does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription; billing changes must be handled through Whop.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every requirement or that every webhook delivery will occur without delay, interruption, or failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebhookBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, business interruption, lost profits, or failures caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of information related to the Service is described in our Privacy Policy .
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
