What is WebhookBridge?
WebhookBridge turns messages from selected Discord channels into automation triggers. It sends Discord message data and attachment URLs to the HTTPS webhook destination you choose.
Does WebhookBridge send webhooks into Discord?
No. WebhookBridge works in the opposite direction: it sends conversations from Discord to your automation tools. Use it to trigger workflows in Make, Zapier, n8n, your API, CRM, email platform, database, or social-media workflow.
What can I connect it to?
You can connect any service that accepts an HTTPS webhook, including Make, Zapier, n8n, custom APIs, CRMs, email tools, databases, and social-media automation platforms.
How do I connect a Discord channel?
Add WebhookBridge to your Discord server. In the channel you want to automate, run /connect and enter the HTTPS webhook URL from your destination tool.
Can I choose which channels are forwarded?
Yes. Only channels that a server administrator connects are forwarded. Other channels in the Discord server are not included.
How can I see every connected channel?
Server administrators can use /connections to see every connected channel by name and connection method. Use /status inside a specific channel to check that channel’s connection.
What information is sent to my webhook?
Forwarded data can include message content, sender details, channel details, timestamps, and attachment URLs. Your destination automation decides what happens next.
What are the plan limits?
Free: 1 connected channel and 1,000 forwarded messages per month.
Basic: 3 connected channels and 5,000 forwarded messages per month.
Pro: 10 connected channels and 25,000 forwarded messages per month.
Business: 25 connected channels and 100,000 forwarded messages per month.
How is monthly usage counted?
Each message successfully delivered to your webhook counts as one forwarded message. Failed or timed-out deliveries do not keep a usage credit. Use /plan to view your monthly allowance, usage, and any extra message credits.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
New messages pause until your monthly usage resets or your server has extra message credits available. Free, Basic, and Pro servers can upgrade. Active Business servers can also use /addmessages to purchase one-time message packs.
Can Business servers buy extra forwarded messages?
Yes. An active Business server can use /addmessages to purchase either 10,000 extra messages for $4.99 or 50,000 extra messages for $14.99. These are one-time purchases.
Do message-pack credits expire?
No. Extra message credits carry forward across monthly plan resets while the Discord server remains on an active Business plan. Credits are used only after the included monthly Business allowance has been used. Unused credits are removed if the server cancels or downgrades from Business.
Can I purchase more than one message pack?
Yes. Active Business servers can purchase message packs more than once. Each successful purchase adds more credits to that Discord server’s available balance.
Can I disconnect a channel?
Yes. Run /disconnect in the connected channel to stop forwarding messages from it.
Who can buy message packs or manage a subscription?
Discord server administrators can create a checkout for a Business message pack, and the person who completes that checkout pays with their own Whop account. However, recurring-subscription billing changes, payment methods, and cancellation can only be managed by the Whop account that purchased the original subscription. Use /manage to open billing options.
